BlueCat Networks Institutes Expanded Channel Program

BlueCat Networks, the IPAM Intelligence Company, institutes an expanded channel program in response to the rapidly-increasing global demand for its Proteus IPAM solution and Adonis family of DNS/DHCP appliances. To address demand, BlueCat Networks will focus its channel strategy on global technology providers, brand-name systems integrators, and a top-tier portfolio of national and regional technology resellers. BlueCat Networks is committed to building an extensive worldwide channel eco-system. BlueCat Networks intends on selectively interviewing and qualifying channel program members, and expects its global channel program to account for up to 70 percent of new sales.

The improved multi-tiered channel program will make it simple for organizations to purchase BlueCat Networks' IPAM technologies and DNS/DHCP appliances from a highly qualified partner with first-hand knowledge of the local market. The channel partner eco-system will also be fully capable of providing value-added pre-sales and post-sales service. Selected resellers will be extensively trained and certified to ensure knowledgeable hands-on service. In addition, customers and resellers will have access to local Centres of Excellence required to make it easy for organizations worldwide to centrally deploy, manage and monitor all distributed IP addresses.

Understanding that IPAM is more than a marriage between DNS and DHCP services, BlueCat Networks has outpaced its competitors in next generation IPAM. BlueCat Networks' competitive advantage in IPAM provides its channel differentiation and an opportunity for resellers to bring enhanced value to their customers. The proliferation of VoIP, RFID, wireless, virtualization, and IPv6 drives the market for 3rd generation IPAM and compels customers to move away from spreadsheets, homegrown solutions and legacy solutions to next generation intelligent IPAM technology. BlueCat Networks' innovative technology eliminates legacy solutions and enables administrators to design networks with a simple conceptual view, and then deploy, manage, monitor and audit IP addresses across the organization.
