| ECtel Announces Multilingual Version of RAP ECtel announces that its new version of revenue assurance solution, RAP, supports multilingual user interface and enables complete GUI and data processing to be displayed in any local language (such as Spanish, Portuguese, German and French) including special characters and double byte (such as Chinese and Japanese).
