| ECtel Appoints Michael Neumann as Its SVP and CFO ECtel has appointed Michael Neumann as the Company's new Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, commencing July 1, 2007. Michael will replace Ron Fainaro who will be working with him to facilitate a smooth transition and assumption of responsibilities. Michael Neumann brings to the position significant management experience and a strong track record in the telecom industry. Michael served for the past 12 years in various executive and managerial positions at Cellcom Israel. At the end of his tenure he served as Cellcom's interim CFO. Prior to Cellcom, Michael served as finance manager at Fibronics, where he was responsible for the company's worldwide financial activities.
