The ArcMail U3120 mail archiving and management system is a stand-alone network appliance that provides comprehensive archive and data management technology with on-board storage for medium-sized organizations with 2,000 to 5,000 users. With the ArcMail U3120, users can maintain important business information found in email communications, meet compliance and legal standards, improve productivity and reduce IT load. The ArcMail U3120 appliance is a transparent solution that runs seamlessly in the background of a network infrastructure without interrupting productivity or work flow. It features a simple Web-based interface that makes it easy for administrators and end-users to search and retrieve information they need while at the office or remotely. Users can launch the ArcMail U3120 directly from Outlook to instantly search and restore emails, while the administrative dashboard also allows administrators to monitor system settings and produce reports to ensure that email is being successfully archived. The rack-ready ArcMail U3120 provides 12 TB of storage space and is enabled with data integrity encryption technology to ensure backed-up and restored data cannot be altered. The ArcMail U3120 captures all inbound, outbound and internal email using the journaling function of companies' mail servers, which indexes the email header and text information.
