| Zensar Technologies Unveils Unique First Time Offshoring Services Zensar Technologies announces the unveiling of its unique First Time Offshoring portfolio in London today. Zensar, whose customers include Marks & Spencer, National Grid, Cisco Systems, and Electronic Arts, is launching its FTO service portfolio to an audience of end-user companies, leading vendors, analysts and the media, at the Gartner Outsourcing and IT Services Summit. The FTO service packaging has been built after immense research and development, and enhanced through focused customer and market inputs. In a significant departure from traditional IT focused approaches, Zensar's multi-stage methodology recognises that successful outsourcing needs equal emphasis on people, processes and technology, and uses a mix of workshops, consulting and training to prepare firms for successful offshore outsourcing. Zensar has inducted experienced consultants, trainers and behavioural specialists into the consulting team. The service guarantees results and has received an excellent response from clients worldwide. Zensar has used the new service to enable a major retailer in the UK and a large global optical lens manufacturing company in the US to offshore their IT and Business Intelligence applications for the first time.
