| Centrix Solutions Introduces Secure Messaging Product Centrix Solutions Inc. has announced the release of CentrixSECURE, a secure email solution for the financial industry. CentrixSECURE enables institutions to conveniently exchange sensitive messages and documents while maintaining strict security standards set forth by federal regulations such as Sarbanes- Oxley and The Gramm Leach Bliley Act. CentrixSECURE is a browser-based system designed to operate much like traditional email, however, in a much more secure manner. All messages and attachments are transferred via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, ensuring that only the sender and recipient have access to the message and attachments. CentrixSECURE also provides a full audit report on all messages, enabling IT administrators to clearly see who has opened each message and when those messages were viewed. This information is critical for necessary audits required by federal ID protection laws, compliance exams, or internal investigations. CentrixSECURE can be deployed in-house for institutions preferring to store all of the sensitive data on their own secure network. For institutions that prefer an outsourced option, CentrixSECURE can be deployed in a hosted or data center environment.
