Guitarist Romain Pilon Releases Beautiful Tribute to His Late Father

In 2022, his version of 'Lament' (over 3.5M cumulated streams) showed Romain Pilon to be a master of ballads. Now the guitarist does it again with 'Thirty Years After', a poignant tribute to his father who passed away much too soon. With a beautifully rendered sound, this new trio track is full of emotion, but all subtlety and restraint, delicately accompanied by Mark Whitfield Jr. on brushes, and featuring Orlando le Fleming on bass. A breath of nostalgia, beautiful beyond words.
