The legendary blues group The Nighthawks have been traveling the country for over 50 years, playing their free wheeling mix of low down dirty blues, R&B, soul, and rockabilly. The band is led by master harmonica player, vocalist, and blues historian, Mark Wenner. The Nighthawks have been known as America's hardest-working blues band. Founded in Washington, D.C. by Little Walter-disciple Mark Wenner and guitar wizard Jimmy Thackery, the band thrives on its direct link to the great blues masters, having played with legends such as Muddy Waters, B.B. King, Gregg Allman, Pinetop Perkins, James Cotton, John Lee Hooker, and more. The 2025 Nighthawks lineup includes longtime drummer/vocalist extraordinaire Mark Stutso, bassist/vocalist Sol Roots, and guitarist Zach Sweeney.
