| FALCON RIDGE FOLK FESTIVAL 2024 The 36th Falcon Ridge Folk Festival prepares for its annual flight, 3 days of music, dance, community, and overflowing goodwill to all on Fri/Sat/Sun July 26, 27 & 28 at the Goshen Fairgrounds in Goshen CT. With Mainstage concerts, dancing, workshops with the performers, and a live stream option still in place, the fest blossoms forth again with early camping opening on Weds July 24. Dancing returns to its full all day & into-the-night format and the pre-fest Thursday Farm Market returns in full force as well. Over 40 performers will appear on 4 stages. Fest stalwarts, the Slambovian Circus of Dreams, Nerissa & Katryna Nields, Vance Gilbert & Family Stage faves The Storycrafters are all on board along with rock 'n' roll Hall of Famer & country rock pioneer Richie Furay, founding member of Buffalo Springfield, Poco & Souther, Hillman & Furay. Woodstock-based husband and wife Americana duo Larry Campbell & Teresa Williams make their Falcon Ridge debut. Mainstage closes Sunday with the fiery blue fiddle of Eileen Ivers & the Brigideens of River Dance fame. Premier Old-Time String Band The Ebony Hillbillies return. The joyous 4 stages kick off Friday, July 26 at noon with the fest's signature Grassy Hill Emerging Artist Showcase. The Activities 4 Kids Area, Family & Workshop Stages, Dance Barn, and Acoustic Circle of Song all begin Friday daytime. Nightly dancing & evening Mainstage follow the daytime program. The fest is accessible and ASL-interpreted. Mainstage ends by 10 PM on Fri and Sat and at 6 PM on Sunday. Foodies will enjoy the varied offerings of Jamaican, Thai, Middle Eastern, and good ole American cuisines with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options.
