Vocalist Mafalda Minnozzi Returns To NYC Saturday, January 13th Baretto At Fasano

Join vocalist Mafalda Minnozzi as she returns to NY to start off 2024 in style.

On Saturday, January 13th when all of the music industry is in NY for the APAP convention, Mafalda will debut her new show "Impronta Latina" in the beautiful midtown Manhattan room at Barreto. Italian for "Latin Imprint", the show expresses and captures the spirit that characterizes her repertoire and her brilliant international career, placing her among the most refined interpreters of that music in the world.

Her most recent releases can be found in rotation on WBGO and other leading radio stations and have been acclaimed by the public and the media across Europe and the US. From albums to stage, Mafalda sings Caetano Veloso and Ivan Lins, Ennio Morricone and Bruno Martino, Cole Porter, Jobim, Toninho Horta and Piaf and the poets of Neapolitan song in "Impronta Latina", all in absolute harmony thanks to the original jazz arrangements created especially for the show together with musical director Paul Ricci. Joining her will be noted NY standouts, Rogerio Boccato on drums and Edward Perez on bass along with Ricci on guitar.

After its debut in New York, Mafalda takes the show to the the city of her heart at the São Paulo Blue Note so catch her while you can.
