Studying under mentors decades his senior, Gros absorbed a lifetime of lessons in only a few years and quickly became part of the direct lineage of New Orleans music. Jonathan Sloane is a remarkable and incredibly versatile guitarist...with an impressive range of skill. His sound brings together blues, Americana, soul and rock into a unique and captivating experience. Jonathan has shared stages with Billy Strings, Anders Osborne, Daryl Davis, George Porter Jr., Ivan Neville, Jackie Green, Tab Benoit, Samantha Fish, and more. There will also be a free admission after-party upstairs happening in The Loft featuring Sol Roots trio. The Sol Roots band performs a mix of raw funk, deep blues, energetic rock, greasy soul, and hypnotic rhythms.
