YOLA NASH to sing at the Cannes Film Festival

Twice GRAMMY considered, and an award winning unique jazz singer-songwriter, producer Yola Nash continues being an unstoppable force when it comes to her musical passion. Her productive life full of a wide variety of accomplishments is being highlighted by another impressive event and multiple music awards.

Nash is going to perform in France during the world-famous 76th Cannes Film Festival at the GSF Awards. Yola's repertoire will consist of her latest album "Manhattan Whispers". It's the Polish born multimedia artist's third studio album as a leader, that she proudly co-produced with Grammy winning producers/musicians Edsel Gomez and Lonnie Park.

On "Manhattan Whispers" the inimitable singer brings her distinct delivery to Eastern European Folk, Jazz, Parisian and Latin flairs across her original body of work. Her seductive, eloquent, expressive pipes that beautifully complement the groovy musical landscapes brought her many impressive awards: Global Music Awards (Best New Release), Akademia Music Awards (Best Jazz Album), Best Jazz albums of 2022 (by Best of Jazz Top List), Nomination for Artist Of The Year by Akademia Music Awards. And most of all her album "Manhattan Whispers" was considered for a Grammy at 65th Grammy Awards. She sang for Pope John Paul II, performed and recorded with Wynton Marsalis' Jazz At Lincoln Center Orchestra, set a Guinness world record for creating the world's largest theater poster (170 foot tall) for the renowned play Anne Frank, performed at the world-famous NY Fashion Week, and has interviewed scores of A-list celebrities as the host of NY radio WABC's The Yola Nash Show.
