| THE SOMNAMBULIST | Not A Song For You Berlin-based band THE SOMANMBULIST is premiering a stunning new music video for single "Not A Song For You". The song will be officially released on all digital platforms worldwide this Friday, May 27, 2022 via Slowing Records. The Berlin psych-rockers THE SOMNAMBULIST already published four albums since 2010 and are going to stoke 2022 up with two upcoming EPs featuring the first new studio material since the release of "Hypermnesiac" in 2020. A first harbinger of the next EP, whose title and release date are soon to be announced, is the single "Not a Song for You" coming out on Slowing Records on May 27th on all digital platforms worldwide. "Not a Song for You" is supported by threatening vocals that play around psychedelic guitar chords and deep bass pulses whipped up by imperious drums. Like the concrete cube depicted in its music video, the song is dominated by a crushing pressure which may be hard to resist not only for the fans of the genre, revealing the musical diversity and expertise of a band that in a decade-long-career moved between alternative rock, experimental pop and jazzcore.
