Jazz Foundation Presents Stefon Harris & Blackout: Weds. 4/13 at Chelsea Table + Stage

Hope you can join the Jazz Foundation as we continue our benefit residency with Stefon Harris & Blackout at Chelsea Table + Stage next Wednesday, April 13. Sets are at 7:00pm and 9:30pm. Tickets are $45 (which includes a $15 prepaid minimum for food & drink) and are available below.

Stefon Harris' passionate artistry and astonishing virtuosity have propelled him to the forefront of the jazz scene. In 2020, National Public Radio (NPR) highlighted his contributions as not only a musician but also an educator and thought leader who teaches empathy from the bandstand.

A four-time GRAMMY nominee, Harris has been heralded as "one of the most important artists in jazz" (Los Angeles Times). He is a recipient of the prestigious 2018 Doris Duke Artist Award, a 2014 NAACP Image Award-winner for Outstanding Jazz Album, and a recipient of Lincoln Center's Martin E. Segal Award for Young Artists.

His mastery of the vibraphone has earned him a global following as well as top rankings in multiple critics' choice polls from DownBeat, JazzTimes, and the Jazz Journalists Association.
