In celebration of its 18th Anniversary Arts and Jazzfest NYC is presenting Jazz By The Water(tm) Celebrating Jazz Yesterday and Today a free jazz concert on Governor's Island (Colonel Row) featuring legendary Percussionist and Blue Note Recording Artist Joe Chambers who has performed with who's who in the world of jazz including Miles Davis, Bobby Hutcherson, Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock and many others. His Jazz-Maracatu Group features Rick Germanson–Piano; Mark Lewandowski–Bass; Bobby Sanabria–Drums & Percussions
