In addition to performances with Houston Person, Les McCann and his own trio, among others, Alterman has performed at many world renowned venues including the Kennedy Center, Lincoln Center, Birdland and New York's Blue Note, where he has opened many times for Ramsey Lewis. Alterman has released four critically-acclaimed albums, his most recent being 2018's More Cornbread. He was profiled three times by iconic journalist Nat Hentoff and was the subject of Hentoff's very last piece on music in March 2016. Jamie de Roy, a well-known figure in New York's arts circles, is an award-winning producer; cabaret, stage, film and TV performer; recording artist/producer and humanitarian. She's won seven Tony Awards, eight MAC Awards, eight Drama Desk awards, two Audience Choice Awards, eight Drama League Awards, four Back Stage Bistro Awards, 13 Telly Awards and CaB Magazine's Lifetime Achievement Award. Paul Errico is a "get on the floor and dance" bandleader. He tickles the ivories to favorite songs of the American Songbook and croons classic pop and dance hits in English, Italian and Spanish. He has performed in major concerts around the world with singer-songwriter Steve Forbert toured with major artists including Kenny Loggins, Heart, The Kinks, David Byrne and Roger McGwyne. Errico played at Prince Andrew and Fergie's wedding in London and Valentino's 30th anniversary in Rome, Italy. He also played at President Clinton's first inaugural ball and accompanied Luther Vandross on piano when he sang for President Clinton. Hailed as one of premier interpreters of the American Songbook by both the New York Times and London's Classical Source, Karen Oberlin is a recipient of the Mabel Mercer Foundation's Donald F. Smith Award, multiple MAC Awards, a NY Nightlife Award, a Bistro and a Broadway World Award, along with an Honorary Doctorate in Music. She has had major engagements at the Algonquin's Oak Room, Feinstein's/54 Below, the Café Carlyle and Birdland, along with performances at Carnegie Hall, Jazz at Lincoln Center, the Town Hall, Merkin Hall and Caramoor. Oberlin performs at concert halls and clubs across the country and in annual European engagements, and has four recordings on the Miranda Music label. www.karenoberlin.com From Jasper in Deadland; Diana Huey is excited to be back in Deadland after playing Eurydice in the 5th Avenue Theatre production. She also played Ariel in the National Tour of Disney's The Little Mermaid, where she made headlines for facing racism over her casting and her activism for diversity in the arts. Brandi Chavonne Massey is thrilled to be back at PBL! Her credits include West End Nala in Disney's The Lion King, Broadway and National Tours as Nettie/Celie in The Color Purple, Elphaba in Wicked, The Radio in Caroline or Change and Lucy in Jekyll & Hyde. New York projects include Ghetto Superstar, singing background for Billy Porter and Sam Smith, and Linda Eder's Christmas Concert, as well as playing Kira in Bare, Pam in Baby, Myrt in Carmen Jones at the York Theater, Muse in the Nike workshop of Ball with L.L. Cool Jay and Savion Glover and Dionne in Hair in the Encore series.
