| TH/S /S SH/T | Amphetamine French trio TH/S /S SH/T is releasing today their fantastic music video for their single "Amphetamine", extract from their upcoming album /// to be released on April 24 2020 via Upton Park. About The Music The track 'Amphetamine' has been composed like a gradual rise in power, divided into 3 parts. Through these 3 instrumental movements, the sound of the bass guitar collides with synthetic violins, while supported by some strongly dancing drums. The violence slowly increases as the track is progressing, until it reaches the point of no return, to finally result into an outbreak of sound. About The Music Video TH/S /S SH/T is characterized by a new approach : not only they mix electronic and rock music, but also they alternate energies from these different music styles, both in the studio and on stage. That's why, for their first debut album's music video, the band wanted to highlight that sound in a visual representation of the electronic aesthetic and a rock atmosphere. That project takes shape by simulating a performance of the band live show. To stick by the concept, the video was shot in a dark and concrete place, with a complete stage light design. A stroboscopic light puts emphasis on the music through flashes that punctuate the various instrumental sequences, while a cubic construction made of neon lights rises from the ground to fully surround. the band. Thus, the musicians just become silhouettes against the light, bringing a softer aesthetic frame, inside which the band turns completely wild. About The Upcoming Album After releasing 2 EP's in 2018, the band will release their debut album titled "///" on april 24, 2020 via Upton Park.
