| Patronize & Support MOONJUNE SESSIONS 2019 @ LA CASA MURADA - Laboratory For Musical Magic MoonJune Records is organizing 3 full days of sessions at the fabled La Casa Murada, a XII Century country house converted into a temple of music, located 1hr west of Barcelona, in the idyllic settings of the Catalan hinterland. 8 albums recorded at this magic place, were already released on MoonJune Records, 5 still to be released and this year we are recording another 3 albums (plus a couple of sessions in Barcelona). The schedule of activities is: MAY 14 - DENNIS REA recording session DENNIS REA (guitar), DAVID CROSS (violin), MARKUS REUTER (touch guitar), MARC EGEA (curdy gurdy, trumpet, percussion), BORIS SAVOLDELLI (vocals, electronics), ASAF SIRKIS (drums, percussion). MAY 15 - WINGFIELD REUTER SIRKIS with special guests recording session MARK WINGFIELD (guitar), MARKUS REUTER (touch guitar), ASAF SIRKIS (drums) with special guests DAVID CROSS (keyboards, violin) and FABIO TRENTINI (bass guitar). MAY 16 - MARKUS REUTER with special guests recording session MARKUS REUTER (touch guitar), FABIO TRENTINI (bass guitar), ASAF SIRKIS (drums) with special guest DAVID CROSS (keyboards, violin) MAY 17 - LEONARDO PAVKOVIC' 57th BIRTHDAY CONCERT, LIVE RECORDING At a venue to be confirmed and announced next week in Barcelona 1st show: DUSAN JEVTOVIC NO ANSWER DUSAN JEVTOVIC (guitar), VASIL HADZIMANOV (keyboards), ASAF SIRKIS (drums) 2nd show: MOONJUNE ACLAM IMPROMPTU JAM SESSION DUSAN JEVTOVIC (guitar), DAVID CROSS (violin), VASIL HADZIMANOV (keyboards), BERNAT HERNANDEZ (bass), ASAF SIRKIS (drums) Additionally, DUSAN JEVTOVIC and VASIL HADZIMANOV will be recording guitar/piano duo material for a special future project in another studio in Barcelona on May 15 & 16. As you might imagine, there are expenses to rent the studio, some minor operational costs, plus there are flights for musicians: Mark Wingfield, David Cross and Asaf Sirkis are flying down to Barcelona from London, Markus Reuter is flying from Berlin Germany, Vasil Hadzimanov from Belgrade Serbia, Dennis Rea from Seattle USA, Fabio Trentini from Venice Italy, Boris Savoldelli from Bergamo Italy. Dusan Jevtovic, Bernat Hernandez and Marc Egea are local musicians, based in Barcelona. Your help is needed to raise funds for another gathering of great musical minds, and Your contribution is more than welcome.
