| Luis Francesco Arena | High Five Luis Francesco Arena is releasing today his new album High Five via A Tant Rêver du Roi (ATRDR) in CD/LP and Digital formats. "High Five", is the story of the meeting with new bandmate Nicolas Cueille (Room 204, Seal of Quality, Pyjamarama) but also the discovery of a new instrument, the Bass VI, a real revelation, and the main tool for composing an album captured by Benjamin Mandeau at Cryogène Studio (Bègles - FR). After a 6-year Hiatus, LFA comes back with a record full of encounters and personal stories, revealing the evolution of a man through the discovery of fatherhood. The music has evolved towards a more minimal but more complex shape, strong of rhythmical shifts, ruptures, highlighted by sober arrangements and an assumed live sound. Everything oscillates between this singular voice recognizable among a thousand, and this agitated pop music, refined, almost chiseled by the two consorts but still fluid. "High Five" Luis Francesco Arena's fifth album, is an enlightening return, a simple beauty set to the service of complex emotions. Luis Francesco Arena High Five TRACKLISTING 1. Gillian 2.
