TJP New Release Peace and Love

"PEACE AND LOVE" is the newest album by Philadelphia-based TJP (formerly known as The Jost Project) – Tony Miceli-vibraphone, Paul Jost-vocal/harmonica, Kevin MacConnell-bass with Doug Hirlinger-drums that was recorded with special guest Joel Frahm-saxophone.

In these tumultuous times, the band believes it's the perfect time to bring attention to the subjects of peace and love and hopes the messages in their album will resonate, bringing back reminders of the hippie generation when dialogue and constructive action for peace and love took place everywhere.

Following up on their success debut release "Can't Find My Way Home", this new release builds on the band's trademark of interpreting classic rock songs from the 60's and 70's in a jazz format taking it to a new level. Highlights on the new CD include arrangements of the Simon & Garfunkel classic "America, " "Whiter Shade of Pale, " "Get Together", The Zombies hit "Time of The Season" and the 60's classic "Hush" made famous by Deep Purple.
