Violinist Mark Feldman In 2007 He was awarded the Alpert Award Prize in Music. In 2004 he received a grammy award certificate for his performance on Michel Brecker's Verve Album "Wide Angles". Mark has toured and Recorded Extensively with John Zorn, Michael Brecker, John Abercrombie, Chis Potter, Dave Douglas, Joe Lovano, Uri Caine, Billy Hart and Sylvie Courvoisier. In Febuary 2014, he Recorded as a sideman (violin soloist) with Placido Domingo 2014 for the Release of "Encanto de Mar-Mediterranean Songs on Sony Classical Pianist Sylvie Courvoisier Has led several groups over the years and has recorded over 40 records for different labels, notably ECM, Tzadik and Intakt Records. Courvoisier has performed and recorded with, Yusef Lateef, Evan Parker, John Zorn, Tim Berne, Ikue Mori, Erik Friedlander among others | Awards include Switzerland's 1996 Prix des jeunes créateurs, Switzerland's 2010 Grand Prix de la Fondation Vaudoise de la Culture, 2013' NYFA ( New York Fondation for the Art) and 2016's Chamber Music America New Jazz Works Violinist Christopher Otto Performs with The Jack Quartet, Ensemble Signal, The Cellar and Point, Alarm Will Sound, Talea Ensemble, International Contemporary Ensemble, The Theatre of Eternal Music String Ensemble, Ne(x)works, and The Knights. He has premiered and recorded several chamber works by John Zorn and has performed and recorded as soloist in Zorn's violin concerto Contes de Fées.
