| Les Comptes de Korsakoff - "Ghost Train" (Puzzle)  Finalist of the 2015 Avignon European Jazz Contest (Fr) Jazz Rhône-Alpes " Artist of the year " 2015 - 2016Jazz-Rock experimental ensemble with unconventional line-up, Les comptes de Korsakoff immerse ourselves in a pictorial music feeds by improvisation and confusing framework. The music is the reflection of characters' states of mind and places they had been through. The album Ghost Train (to be released april 22 2016) switches between collective states of euphoria and tiny bits of music where each musician is enlightened. It explores a dreamlike universe, both dissonant and melodious but mostly ambitious, as each of the musician. The story continues... "The protagonist has to board on that ghost train. He brings with him a book - a mysterious one - and like a story line bonds characters and stories one to another. Each character, filled with strong personalities, goes after the same quest than the projectionist, which they are jealous and envious. Their appearance - as well as myths and fantasies such as the bottle, the jellyfish, and birds - move the Projectionist fortuitously on his way, from delusion to reality."
