Head With Wings Release Video for "For When You’re Gone"

New Haven, Connecticut based art rock quartet, Head With Wings, have released a video for the song "For When You're Gone, " taken from their debut EP "Living With The Loss." The video is available on YouTube.

Guitarist and singer, Joshua Corum commented: "Our short film, "For When You're Gone, " acts as a visual introduction to the Head With Wings mythos. In a way, it is our pilot episode to a narrative that we will continue through future videos. The story is an adaptation of the lyrics in our song, "For When You're Gone, " which can hold different meanings in different mediums. We aimed to take themes from our EP "Living With The Loss, " (loss of innocence, loss of a parent/friend) and ingrained these notions into our story. Without giving away too much, "For When You're Gone, " is the first part of a coming of age tale where our protagonist is forced to make some quick and unsavory decisions on behalf of her family; it will change her life forever."

Head With Wings rests between the fragility of life and certainty of death. They say: "We want to show you our world through sights and sounds; our fantasies and our realities. Through short stories and introspective revelations, the themes of our lives will be revealed."

The band is gearing up to enter the studio in 2015 and record their first full length album. Watch a video for "For When You're Gone" below.
