| Lucky Peterson - I'm Back Again Lucky Peterson is one of the most versatile Blues musicians on the scene: a blazing lead guitarist, fantastic organist and a first-class singer. He plays contemporary Blues, fusing Soul, R&B, Gospel and Rock and Roll, gaining a reputation as one of the most preeminent performers of the modern Blues era. Lucky was discovered by the legendary giant of the Blues; Willie Dixon when he was a mere three years old, released his first record by five. Trained by keyboard wizards Jimmy Smith and Bill Dogget, Peterson went on to play behind Blues and Soul artists like Little Milton and Bobby "Blue" Bland. He signed with Alligator Records, releasing two albums, 1989's "Lucky Strikes!" and the following year's "Triple Play." The 1990s were a very prolific era for Peterson. He released four albums with Verve Records: "I'm Ready", "Beyond Cool", "Lifetime" and 'Move, " as well as collaborating with Mavis Staples on a tribute to Gospel singer Mahalia Jackson, called "Spirituals & Gospel."
