| Joe Bonamassa announced new CD “Different Shades Of Blue” Grammy-nominated blues guitarist Joe Bonamassa has today announced that his brand new solo album "Different Shades Of Blue" will be released on Monday September 22nd (Mascot / Provogue). Different Shades Of Blues is Bonamassa's first solo studio album since 2012's Driving Towards The Daylight, which debuted at #2 on the Official UK Album Chart. It is also his first album to feature all-original material, penned by the man himself. The resulting album is Bonamassa's most accomplished work to date, It's a blues record that explores the outer reaches and the many different sounds that shape the genre. "It's been a while since I've been involved in the writing on an entire album, " says Bonamassa. "So I decided I wanted to make a completely original blues album. I've really had to push myself to make everything I do better than the last project. I know the fans expect it.
