I fell in love with her music when I was a child. her outstanding musical ability, I could not fully appreciate. My love for her became admiration after my uncle took me to one of her concerts, sitting in a VIP seat I became one of her most loyal fans. This concert is truly a reflection of my love for Ella's work. My repertoire will center on a special moment in American history, using Ella's original arrangements done for her in the 1940-1950's, arrangements not heard by live audiences in more than 40 years.
