Joining Bowles on the inaugural episode will be John Schreiber, NJPAC CEO, and John Strangfeld, Chairman and CEO of Prudential Financial. "WBGO is an important cultural institution serving the metro area and Steve Adubato has been someone who appreciates what we contribute to the region's quality of life. Steve has used his programs to help his audience learn about and discover the uniqueness of this community. I was honored to have the opportunity to talk with Steve on this new program, " said Bowles. Bowles and Adubato discuss WBGO's current direction, service in the community and the station's unique strength in partnerships with other arts organizations, including joining forces with NJPAC to present the TD James Moody Democracy of Jazz Festival. In addition, the conversation touched on WBGO's ability to not only broadcast music and news 24 hours a day and serve as a media partner, but also the station's presentation of free music events for children, gallery exhibits featuring local and regional artists, and live concerts at clubs, museums, parks and other area venues. "As for this program marking our 25 years on the air, I couldn't think of a better way than to celebrate it at NJPAC, where we featured our most talented and engaging artists both talking and performing on camera. I'm excited about the new 'Conversations at NJPAC' series and I know that our audience and longtime viewers will not be disappointed!" said Steve Adubato.
