| Spectra Jazz Releases Nancy Ruth's "Para Ti" Canadian-born jazz singer Nancy Ruth has joined the Spectra Jazz label roster bringing the combination of authentic Latin intensity and easy listening with her latest CD project "Para Ti" (For You). The album's lyrics (segueing Spanish and English) tell stories of a woman in love - expressing longing and passion and maintains Latin-rich acoustic guitar underscoring. Nancy Ruth's recorded performance is as close as it gets to the celebration of Latin culture with use of acoustic instrumentation. The nine compositions weave stories and exemplify styles that encompass Latin Pop, Folk and true choreographed Flamenco. Ms. Ruth is accompanied by guitarist Luis Robisco, percussionist Paquito Escudero, Jordi Vericat (bajo) and Trumpeter David Pastor.
