| Rich Siegel “The Way to Peace” CD release  Pianist/vocalist/songwriter Rich Siegel will be joined by bassist Cameron Brown and there will be a special guest appearance by London-based saxophonist/author Gilad Atzmon in a rare New York appearance. The details: 7 PM March 16, 2012, at The Duplex, 61 Christopher St. at 7th Ave.in New York City. The CD: "The Way to Peace" is an unusual project. Think of it as "jazz activism", featuring a mix of originals and covers marrying spirituality with peace & justice Themes. Vocals are in Arabic, Hebrew, and Spanish as well as in English. "The Way to Peace" features RICH SIEGEL- piano and vocals, GILAD ATZMON- sax, GARY CIUCI- guitar, EUGENE MOYE- cello, CAMERON BROWN- bass, and ANTHONY PINCIOTTI- drums.
