| George Benson brings his "Guitar Man" tour to North Jersey Jazz great and former Bergen County resident George Benson, who gave us an unforgettable "On Broadway" rendition, takes his "Guitar Man" tour way off-Broadway — to two venues in North Jersey. The 10-time Grammy winner, known as both a superb vocalist and jazz guitarist, is touring to support his new album, "Guitar Man, " released earlier this month. The 12-song collection is an eclectic mix of jazz and pop standards, including "I Want to Hold Your Hand, " "My Cherie Amour, " the instrumental "Tequila, " "Since I Fell for You" and "Danny Boy." In concert — first at Englewood's bergenPAC, then at Morristown's Mayo Performing Arts Center — he'll perform music from his new album, as well as the songs that have made him a hugely successful jazz-pop crossover artist.
