Laura Shaffer Begins Corporate Event Music Tour in Dallas

Las Vegas jazz singer Laura Shaffer, who appears on TV4U.Com via the TVS Kool Jazz.Com IPTV channel, has released her debut jazz album via RKO Records. "The Julie London Songbook" is a twelve song CD that is available on music download, CD, LP and 45s.

TV4U.Com is the 48 channel IPTV network that features classic television programming from the past 60 years as well as new programming produced by the TVS Television Network.

RKO Records is the iconic record label that features American Classic artists such as The Harmonicats, Rudy Vallee, Ted Lewis, Edie Adams, The Vagabonds, Dimitri Tiomkin, Herb Jeffries, Orrin Tucker and Muggsy Spanier.

Laura Shaffer has been singing at nearly every major casino in Las Vegas for twenty years. Her "Julie London Songbook" debut album for RKO Records features twelve songs made famous by 1950's torch singer Julie London, including "Cry Me a River, " "Go Slow, " "I'm in the Mood For Love" and "My Heart Belongs to Daddy." She is currently appearing throughout the USA at corporate events promoting the album. The tour began April 22 in Dallas, Texas.

RKO is releasing "The Julie London Songbook" on audio download via iTunes, Rhapsody, Napster, Amazon and other leading audio download services. The album will also be available on CD and LP from Amazon and specialty jazz record stores. A series of collectible 45s will also be released.
