| Superfly During Jazzfest features Warren Haynes, Galactic, more Warren Haynes, Galactic and The Greyboy Allstars are among the acts being showcased at Superfly During Jazzfest, a concert series that will take place April 28-29 and May 5-8 during the annual New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. Superfly has secured the Riverboat Creole Queen and the Mahalia Jackson Theatre for its Jazzfest series, according to a press release. The Warren Haynes Band & friends will be featured May 5 at the Mahalia Jackson Theater. Haynes is expected to carry on his NOLA tradition and invite many of the city's greatest musicians to join him and his band on stage. The Superfly series also will present a special co-headline show at the theatre May 6 with The Funky Meters and Galactic; that show will feature special guests Corey Glover of Living Colour and Corey Henry of Rebirth Brass Band. Galactic also will play a Riverboat Creole Queen show with Chali 2na on April 28.
