| Experience moody music at Cairns Blues Festival The Cairns Blues Festival is returning to the city for the third time and will be headlined by Eric Bibb and Ian Moss. It will give people the chance to enjoy the weather, location and some of the best tunes around. Bibb is a Grammy-nominated artist who hails from New York, while Moss is an Australian native who is also a member of the band Cold Chisel. Some 13 performers will take to the two stages over the course of the day, with Phil Manning, Chase The Sun and Mason Rack Band among the others playing.
