| Muriel Anderson to be Guest on Conversation Crossroad Radio Program Award-winning guitarist and harp-guitarist Muriel Anderson will be interviewed by Conversation Crossroad radio program hosts Betty-Lynn and Garrison on March 7th at 7pm EST. Muriel Anderson's obvious joy of music and facility across musical genres is revered by guitarists and audiences worldwide. She is the first woman to have won the National Fingerpicking Guitar Championship, is host of the renowned Muriel Anderson's All Star Guitar Night and founder of the Music for Life Alliance charity. Her music can be heard in Woody Allen's film "Vicky Cristina Barcelona." and her "Heartstrings" recording accompanied the astronauts on the space shuttle Discovery. Now frequently touring with Germany's famed duo, Tierra Negra - their highly recognizable rumba-flamenco music, together with Muriel Anderson's Americana-Bluegrass influence, has been met with great enthusiasm and has been coined "New World Flamenco".
