| A jazzy Sunday in Ajax Warm up on a Sunday afternoon in the dead of winter with some jazz. The Paul Butler Band is joined by baritone Gary Faulkner in a My Funny Valentine Concert at the Ajax Public Library's Main Branch on Feb. 13. "The Paul Butler Band has been performing across the GTA for many years, appearing at Ontario Place and Roy Thomson Hall and many other venues, " states a press release. "Paul Butler is an accomplished pianist, band leader, teacher and piano tuner. He recently released a CD of his piano music." Faulkner, in his first partnership with the band, has been a soloist at many local churches and concert venues in Durham. The concert is in the Main Branch's Rotary Room at 2 p.m. and there will be free refreshments.
