| The Joint Has Jazz! by Ron Sagye La Rue The Joint formerly a rock club, now features Jazz on Sundays Do to the efforts of Barbara Collin of Collin Artists, and the management of The Joint, a new series is being presented. Although, mostly Reggae the Los Angeles venue presented Jazz two consecutive weekends. Located on the north side of Pico blvd. at Robertson(8771 Pico Blvd. 323-467-4702). Two groups are usually featured...the second Sunday of the series featured the Dale Fielder quartet(straight ahead Jazz), and a group called Kaosz Logic that performs improvistional Jazz jam music with voice, keyboards, electric bass, guitar, violin, drums and turntable.
