| The Mind-Blowing Pink Floyd Experience Live at bergenPAC! Pink Floyd is rarely discussed without using words like "psychedelic, " "conceptual" and "provocative." Their shows are described as being theatrical with mind-blowing lights and unsurpassed sound. On top of that, their music cannot be referred to without making mention of their record-breaking status. Without question Pink Floyd remains one of the most influential rock bands of all time. It was no easy feat to bring such a story to the stage…But they've done it! The 1977 concept album ANIMALS was a statement regarding the decline of society of the day. While making the album did set in motion the discord that would eventually destroy the band, the subsequent tour for this release planted the seeds for what would become The Wall. Now, get ready for THE PINK FLOYD EXPERIENCE as they present Animals live in its entirety! In addition to ANIMALS, all of Pink Floyd's greatest hits are performed live including such favorites as "Money, " "Have a Cigar, " "Time, " "Comfortably Numb, " "Run Like Hell, " and many rarities not often heard live! Annerin Productions has endeavored to bring fans the show they never thought they'd see. They searched the continent for committed and talented musicians who could really do it justice -they nailed it. They found the band, the lights and the sound to create THE show for the ultimate Floyd fan, and it's called…The Pink Floyd Experience: Tom Quinn: Band leader, lead guitarist and relentless crusader for all things "Pink Floyd." In 1973, The Dark Side Of The Moon was released. That same year, Quinn bought his first guitar and started his first band. He dates the musical roots of PFX back to 1994, and Pink Floyd's Division Bell tour stop in San Diego. The band hit the stage in April 1995, and went on to garner many San Diego Music Awards from 1999 to 2003. Gus Beaudoin was born on May 3, 1952, and started playing bass guitar at age 13. With almost 40 years of musical experience to draw from, Beaudoin is well-respected by his peers for his talent and tenacity. Players such as Tim Bogart, Chris Squire and Stanley Clarke, along with early Motown and the Monkeys, were big influences on Beaudoin's powerful and rock-solid style. Beaudoin has toured across both the U.S. and Canada playing many styles of music, including rock, country, jazz, disco and classical. He and Tom Quinn joined up in 1997 and started playing Floyd music anywhere someone would let them set up their equipment, out of pure love for the music of Pink Floyd. Graham Heath, lead vocalist for PFX, grew up in Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire, England, and has been singing and recording for the last ten years in the U.S. and Europe. Heath has enjoyed working alongside artists such as Waz Not Woz, producer Bruce Forrest and Jack Bruce of Cream, and was invited to record by Bill Wyman in the Rolling Stones mobile studio. Recently, Heath founded and was signed to One/UK/USA Record and Publishing Company. Recognized as a natural live performer, Heath is an inspiration and welcome addition to PFX. Jesse Molloy, at the age of 24, is already an accomplished saxophone player. A resident of San Diego, Molloy has toured and recorded nationally and internationally with several acts, including the Giant People Ensemble, Elijah, Lennheart and the Jamaican National Orchestra. He has also worked closely with producers such as Glenn McKinney, Carlos Malcom and Dito Godwin. Through these musical journeys, Heath has developed an eclectic and very personal voice on the sax. Inspired by greats such as John Coltrane, Michael Brecker and Kenny Garret, he has studied under the great Hollis Gentry III and Rhett Bender. Molloy is the perfect complement to the PFX sound. John Cox has is a self-taught keyboardist who began playing at age 9. In addition to his current duties as keyboardist and sound designer for PFX, Cox also plays the keys in the YES tribute band Roundabout and the Jethro Tull tribute Heavy Horses, and has his own CD of electronic and acoustic sound-scapes entitled Airbrush (www.airbrushmusic.com). Stephen Shannon heard the Beatles and knew he wanted to be a drummer. He got his first drum kit at eleven and was influenced by many styles of music, including, of course, Pink Floyd.
