| G. Love to tour behind new Avett Brothers-produced album G. Love will release a new album on Feb. 22 dubbed "Fixin' to Die, " a country blues and roots album produced by Scott and Seth Avett of the Avett Brothers. The first round of tour dates behind the set gets underway March 1 in Nashville. According to a press release, the album was recorded at Echo Mountain Studios in Asheville, NC, and is "arguabley G. Love's most sincere and candid work to date." The album's title track is available at Love's official website. The album contains a mix of rearranged traditionals, a cover and many G. Love originals - some that date back more than a decade.
