| Jazz Bridge Presents Guitarist Steve Giordano Appearing at the Cheltenham Art Center, 439 Ashbourne Rd, Cheltenham, PA on December 1st will be guitarist Steve Giordano. Appearing with him will be vocalist Carla Jenkins, bassist Steve Meashey, and John Mosemann on drums This Neighborhood Concert Series is sponsored by Jazz Bridge, a nonprofit that assists local jazz and blues musicians in crisis. In the 1970s, Steve Giordano has played with the Chico Hamilton Quintet; in the 1980s, he was with organists Jimmy Smith, Richard “Groove" Holmes and Don Patterson, touring Europe with Holmes and again recently violinist John Blake. He's also recorded with Trudy Pitts and trumpeter John Swana.
