Rock Drummer Daniel Kloza Featured on Murdercap Records Tracks

Star rock drummer Daniel Kloza has joined Murdercap Records for several recording sessions in Las Vegas. Mr. Kloza is world renowned for his relentless dedication to the art of drumming. Following in the steps of his heroes, John Bonham and Keith Moon, Daniel has played with such greats as Foo Fighters, Joan Jett, Angels and Airwaves, Shiny Toy Guns, Soul Asylum, and Eve 6 to name a few. Daniel has also played at House of Blues at the Mandalay Bay Hotel/Casino, Hard Rock Cafe's The Joint, the Las Vegas Hilton, South by Southwest Music Festival, New Music Festival, and countless tours from LA, to NYC, to Europe and beyond.

A skilled and innovative artist, Daniel has embarked on a journey to enhance his presence in the entertainment and music world by increasing his work in studio recording, movie soundtracks, and his favorite-live touring.

Born and raised in Chicago, Daniel grew up in a musical family with his mother playing piano and sister playing the flute. Daniel became interested in pursuing music at a young age. Daniel remembers how he became inspired to take up the drums: "I was sitting behind my first drum kit thinking this is what I want to do! It felt like the drums chose me; I did not choose them."

Being self-taught, Daniel owes his skills to music books and listening. His passion for music has lead him to share the stage with many veteran artists, fulfilling a dream he has had since childhood. In 2006 Daniel landed a gig with an international concert pianist named Silard Somorjay. The two are currently working together.

Daniel has also hit the road on countless tours, performed at South by Southwest Music Festivals, and has a song by The Day After included on the PS2 video game "Popstar Guitar." Daniel is also currently working with singer/songwriter Paul Corson on his new solo album "Stolen Parts".

Daniel is starting the recording session Murdercap Records in December in Las Vegas. He is featured on thirteen tracks on the album, with more to come. The disc is intended to be the Hip-Hop version of Led Zeppelin's debut album and its follow-up, Led Zeppelin II. "It's a very tall order, but Daniel is up to the task. He is an excellent drummer, who can do what only a handful of musicians can pull off, " says Murdercap Records CEO Jerome SlikkForDays Almon.

Daniel is sure to be one of the most sought-after and heralded musicians of the 21st Century. Daniel is currently working with singer/songwriter Paul Corson and world-renowned DJ Darude on his next album, scheduled for a December release.
