| 31st Annual North Carolina Jazz Festival One of the Southeast's Top 20 Attractions celebrates its 31st year in Wilmington N.C. on February 17, 18, 19, 2010. It's the annual North Carolina Jazz Festival since 1980. This Traditional Jazz Festival is one of the longest running, continuous, and most attended festivals in the United States. The festival is a non-profit organization staffed solely by volunteers.
