| Jazz Festival Promotes Annecy 2018 Scenery Annecy 2018 is welcoming the first "highest level festival in Europe", CosmoJazz, July 27 to 29, at several venues where the Annecy 2018 Games would take place should Annecy host the 2018 Winter Games. Free outdoor live concerts are being held in elevations between 2000 to 4000 metres which Annecy 2018 says is a great opportunity to bring to light its exceptional setting and develop parts of its cultural program. The venue for the CosmoJazz festival is Chamonix Mont-Blanc. The Altitude concerts will take place during the day at various sites in altitudes selected for their "majestic scenery and exceptional panoramas". According to a press release the concerts will incorporate these locations as naturally as possible. The artists who perform were chosen according to the sites and their music.
