Leave all your troubles at bay and get set to witness this musical evening About Jaywant Naidu Jaywant Naidu started learning Hawaiian Guitar at the young age of eight years. He took advanced training from Sri Dineshkumar Sampat of Mumbai and completed his Sangeet Visharad from the Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, Miraj, in November 1991.Jaywant Naidu is the creator of the unique musical innovation "Jaywant Guitar", a modified version of the Hawaiian Slide Guitar, which produces a sound of an ensemble of Hawaiian Slide Guitars. The "Jaywant Guitar" was launched at the Goethe Zentrum, Hyderabad and has the sound of a combination of Veena, Sarod, Sitar and Sur Bahar. Jaywant is the first musician to perform North Indian Classical Music on Hawaiian Guitar at Penang -YTL Arts Festival in Malaysia and the Asthana Mandapam of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam.
