Little Bushman – new album recorded in town hall

Recorded live at the Wellington Town Hall on October the 23rd 2009, this new Little Bushman album was a collaboration of historic amplitude, an unforgettable experience that is now available to all.

With orchestral arrangements by NZ composer and Laureate recipient John Psathas, the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra became an orchestral tsunami behind the already electrifying psychedelic blues quartet, Little Bushman.

Available in all good music stores and online through amplifier.co.nz on 22nd February 2010 'Little Bushman live in concert with the NZSO' showcases not only the band's unparalleled, dynamic 60's inspired psychedelic blues, but also the lush complexities delivered by the NZSO, lifting the Bushman's songs to a level of intensity that could only be achieved with this type of symphonic partnership. In the words of Bushman front man Warren Maxwell (ex Trinity Roots/Fat Freddys Drop) "with this collaboration you have one major head spin of an experience!"

With cinematic inspired photography by Pat Shepherd (Exposure Magazine), beautifully collated by noted illustrator and graphic designer Andrew Shaw (past work includes Insider's Guide to Love & Aftershock) this is equally worth owning for the sheer beauty of the cover art. Recorded and mixed by Graham Kennedy (Radio NZ), mastered by Mike Gibson of Inca Productions, and including access to a free video download of "Peaceful Man" taken straight from the concert, this is one top quality package that you must take home!
