The Monmouth Academy of Musical Arts presents Terry Sylvester

Monmouth Academy presents one of their signature 'Living Room' concerts featuring Terry Sylvester, formerly of The Hollies. He will be performing with the local classic rock band, The Cryers.

The concert will be Saturday July 11th, 2009 at 8:00 pm (Doors at 7:30pm), at The Monmouth Academy of Musical Arts, 1230 Campus Drive West, Morganville, NJ 07751. The Hollies are one of the most commercially successful pop/rock acts of the British Invasion. They are known for their signature 3-part harmonies, ringing guitars, and infectious melodies. Terry Sylvester and The Cryers will be performing classic songs such as "Long Cool Woman in a Black Dress", "Bus Stop", "Carrie-Anne", "Just One Look" "Sorry Suzanne", "Look Through Any Window" and "He' Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother".

One of the top independent bands in America, The Cryers have performed with some of the legends of rock, such as Denny Laine of the Moody Blues & Wings, Lawrence Juber of Wings. Joey Molland of Badfinger, Ian Mitchell of the Bay City Rollers, The Pete Best Band, Peter and Gordon, and Folk Rock Duo, Chad and Jeremy. In addition, they also run the successful Monmouth Academy of Musical Art, where they are passionate about sharing their love of music with others.
