| VanGuard Jazz Orchestra Grammy Win  As the Vanguard Jazz Orchestra was getting ready for the downbeat at the Village Vanguard in New York City, the band was awarded the Best Large Jazz Ensemble Grammy for their critically acclaimed recording, Monday Night Live at the Village Vanguard. The double CD, produced by Planet Arts Recordings and the VJO's non profit entity Sixteen As One Music Inc., was recorded one year ago, almost to the day, at most famous jazz club in the world.
