Marc Broussard Ready to Hit the Road for Headline Tour

Atlantic recording artist Marc Broussard has unveiled an extensive live schedule in support of his upcoming label debut, "Keep Coming Back." The "Keep Coming Back Tour" - presented by Paste Magazine - will kick off on September 14th at Fairfield, Connecticut's StageOne, and includes an intimate release day performance at New York City's Hiro Ballroom on September 16th (with labelmate Serena Ryder). The tour travels through an October 7th date at Tucson, Arizona's Club Congress (see below itinerary).

Broussard will follow his headline tour by joining forces with his longtime friend Sara Bareilles on her upcoming North American tour. The schedule begins on October 9th at San Diego's Spreckels Theatre, with dates continuing through early November. Broussard has also confirmed a festival appearance at New Orleans' annual Voodoo Music Experience, slated for October 25th.

"KEEP COMING BACK" will arrive in stores and at all digital retailers on September 16th. Pre-orders are now available via Broussard's own www.MarcBroussard.com and the Atlantic Records Media Store, http://store.atlanticrecords.com. Customers pre-ordering the album will have a choice of bundles featuring a limited edition, autographed copy of "KEEP COMING BACK, " a vinyl edition of the album, an exclusive T-shirt, and access to a streaming player two weeks before release date featuring the album in its entirety. A digital bundle is also being offered, featuring an MP3 copy of "KEEP COMING BACK" and two tracks available for instant download. In addition, Music Today is offering a special bundle compiling the limited edition, autographed "KEEP COMING BACK" with tickets to Broussard's upcoming tour at www.marcbroussard.musictoday.com. All pre-order bundles include a one-year membership to Broussard's new official fan club and a one-year subscription to Paste Magazine.

"KEEP COMING BACK" will be preceded by a pair of exclusive iTunes EPs, each featuring a pair of songs from the new album alongside exclusive live recordings of Broussard and his band. The "HARD KNOCKS" EP - which features the album's first single, "Keep Coming Back" - will be available on August 19th, followed on September 2nd by the release of the "WHEN IT'S GOOD" EP. On September 16th, the iTunes Store will then offer a special "KEEP COMING BACK" bundle collecting the full album and all four live bonus tracks. The "Keep Coming Back" digital single is available now at all digital music retailers. The track will impact next week at Triple A radio outlets nationwide.

Broussard - who is currently wrapping up a series of summer live dates - will herald the new album's release with a live performance of "Keep Coming Back" on NBC's "Late Night with Conan O'Brien, " slated for Monday, September 15th (check local listings).

"KEEP COMING BACK" more than confirms Broussard as an artist uniquely gifted in channeling the multiple spirits of classic R&B and soul into contemporary terms. The Louisiana-based bayou soul troubadour recorded the collection earlier this year in a whirlwind 11-day session at Nashville's historic Ocean Way Studios. In addition, two noteworthy guests appear on "KEEP COMING BACK": LeAnn Rimes - whose country-meets-swamp-blues turn on "When It's Good" returns the compliment Broussard paid as co-writer and vocal partner on "Nothing Wrong, " from her top 5-charting 2007 album, "FAMILY" - and pop/rock sensation Sara Bareilles, who has opened several Broussard tours, and lends vocals to the powerful ballad, "Why Should She Wait."
