| Elizabeth! performs in Los Angeles  New York City-based vocalist and trombonist elizabeth! will bring her band to Tangier Restaurant & Lounge on Monday February 18. She will be performing a mix of jazz standards from her upcoming EP, "hot & silver, " and her original jazz-tinged pop tunes. Joining her will be LA rising stars Dennis Hamm (piano) and Kaveh Rastegar (bass). elizabeth! has an unusual pedigree for a jazz musician, having studied neuroscience at Harvard University before embarking on a career in music.
