| Sandeep Batra Is Coming Up With His Debut Album 'Kaarri Kajrarei' Recently Sandeep Batra was in Delhi for the promotion of his new album 'Kaarri Kajrarei'. A rising star on the horizon of Music Industry, Sandeep Batra enthralled the music lovers when he stepped on the stage to sing at the tender age of six. He is a software engineer from Delhi University. He has performed over 200 shows both in India and abroad which includes corporate clients like ESSAR, ITC Hotels, Grasim, Liberty, Ansals to name a few where he has shared the stage with many stalwarts of Indian Music industry like Shann, Sunidhi Chauhan, Anu Malik, Himesh Reshamiya, Hariharan, Adnan Sami, Alisha Chinai. During the early stages of his career he has won many National level competitions both on screen and off screen including All India Radio's Best Ghazal Singers for 2004 and was adjudged the Best Singer in 2005 by A.R.Rahman and Khayyam Sahib at a Nation wide Talent hunt. He became a familiar face in the Indian music industry with a huge fan following after he made it to the TOPS of FAME GURUKUL where judges like Shankar Mahadevan, Javed Akhtar and KK highly commended his performance and have shown faith in his singing abilities as the future of Indian Music Industry. He is blessed with a golden voice, he is equally proficient in various style of singing, be it film, pop, ghazal, devotional or classical music. And to add to this, he is a super powerful performer on stage where his youthfulness and enthusiasm captivates audience of all age groups and bring everything to life. He is a seasoned playback voice behind many remixes, serials and jingles. He has also sung in a soon to be released Sohail Khan's movie "Raakh". And now he has emerged on the Music scene in a big way with his hit debut album "Kaarri Kajrarei" which has received overwhelming response from audience and Industry alike. He is trained in Hindustani classical music under the guidance of Pandit Baldev Raj Verma. His favorite singers are Sonu Nigam, Rafi Ji, and Manna Da. He always tries to sing as good as these singers. Even A.R.Rehman also appreciates him and he has told him that one day they will work together.
