| Feastability – Newtown's Food and Wine Festival Feastability – Newtown's Food and Wine festival will be conducted by Marrickville Council at King Street, Newtown on Sunday 23rd September 2007. Feastability will showcase some of the multicultural attributes of Sydney with International food and music. Performers include: The Jesse Morris band, The Blues Preachers, Los Cuervos (Mariachi band with dancers), Dereb Desalecn (Ethiopian band). Viva the duo, (accordion/bass and Spanish Guitar) a popular Sydney band that perform at most of Sydney's music and community events, will be performing their eclectic mix of Gypsy Jazz and Swing, Latin, French, Spanish, Hungarian, Russian, Cuban music and classic show tunes between 11am and 2pm. write your comments about the article :: © 2007 Jazz News :: home page |
